T-29 High-End Cellular Phone

A feature rich, high-end cellular phone developed for Ericsson Bilbao Technology Center, Spain. Stone Mountain Design coordinated our mechanical development with a Singapore based industrial design agency, a Portuguese tooling firm and a Spanish molding company. We also provided on-site technical assistance in Singapore. Our mechanical engineering designs included a complex two shot revolving platen front cover, which supported selective plating without masking. Stone Mountain supported a five (5) month development schedule, i.e. initial concept to available to ship (ATS).
