EDACS 300P Land Mobile Radio

Stone Mountain Design completed the detailed design for a low and high capacity, NiCd battery and their associated desktop charger. The products were designed for a Land Mobile Portable Radio to be used on a M/A-Com EDACS trunked radio system. Stone Mountain Design performed the work for M/A-Com and directed the sourced product development, tooling and production efforts of Unimo Technology, Ltd., South Korea. Our deliverables included 3D solid models, full finite element analysis and prototypes for all components.
